I received a Tag Heuer Carerra 2 1/2 years ago as a Father's Day gift. Over the last 8-12 months each of the crowns (there are 3) fell off. The last one missing now renders the watch unusable. Took it to Tourneau for repair who say they send it to Tag for service. The estimate is $800!!! The watch was $2500. I have been unable to contact Tag Heuer to discuss this with them. No email provided and 800 number leads to a circular phone tree. The prompt for customer care just rings with no answer. This is terrible customer service and terrible product care.
