I've used this style keychain for years. There's a reason it's a classic: it's beautiful, very classy, and for whatever reason, it just hangs right and looks great.
For those of you who have lost the screw-on ball end on these:
You absolutely MUST use a small bit of Loctite, superglue or even a dab of clear nail polish to keep the ball from coming off. When you need to remove it to add/remove keys, use a pliers (pad it so you don't scratch your keychain) to remove the ball and remember to add a tiny dab of glue on the threads when you replace the ball.
