My 14k gold bracelet was looking a little dull. I have polished it in the past using my Dremel tool/polishing wheel and jeweler's rouge which did an excellent job. This cloth works almost as well for restoring a mirror like shine. For all but scratches this cloth does a fine job of restoring the luster.
