I am extremely disappointed in the service. I ordered this product on May 10, 2010. I have not yet received this product and have not been contacted. I waited at least 14 days before contacting seller. They informed me that the product was actually out of stock (which when purchased said it was in stock). They asked if I would like it shipped still. They told me that I could expect the product within the next 7-10 business days and yet I am still waiting!!
